Treasurer’s Report was tabled due to Allen's absence. Dan Andrews announced he would mail proposed budget for all to review prior to October board meeting.

Old Business

A total of $6,200 was generated from August golf tournament due to having more sponsors. We also had higher costs.

New Business

Allen Gould will lead a group to hike for Jen's friends on Sep 20.

We discussed the future staffing for Angels and Elves. Dick Ficke will not be able to be the Head Elf and Club President for the same year.

Rob Casella is following up to make sure the Bartlett Builder's Club is official. He will send letters to all principals explaining the K Family clubs.

Laura Sorochak is helping out with the Conway Builder's Club.

Charlie, Greg, Barry and Laura are helping out at Key Leader weekend at Camp Huckins.

Motion to approve Gerry Cormier (Carrier?), Roger Aubrey, Linda Tucker and Art Tucker as new members.

New members will be intiated at installation. Susan will let Dick Check know and inform new members that they are full members as of the vote.

We are current on our 501(c)3 status.

The club has received a bequest of $3,000 from the estate of Ellen Charles.
