Club Meeting Schedule

Guests are always welcome at our meetings! We typically meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month at the Ledgeview Grill, located at 76 Norcross Circle, North Conway, NH, inside the North Conway Country Club (next to the train station). Our meetings often feature guest speakers from fields such as business and finance, health and human services, education, government, sports, and other local non-profits.

  • Social Time: Arrive at 5:30 p.m. for cocktails.
  • Meeting: Begins at 6:00 p.m. and concludes by 8:00 p.m.
  • Dinner: Three meal options, including a vegetarian choice, are available for $25 (the first meal for prospective members is complimentary), which includes dessert and coffee. A cash bar is also offered.

Board Meetings:
Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 4:30 PM at the North Conway Community Center, 78 Norcross Cirle, North Conway, NH. All members are welcome to attend.

Bike Safety Day at Story Land

Darlene Ference is coordinating this event. Sign up to register the children, pass out items and help monitor the course. It is a great day to be at Story Land with just the bikers. Time details forthcoming.

Club members support our Kennett Key Club by attending their end of year banquet. Details to follow.

Business and Board Meeting

We meet at the Eagle Mountain House with social time starting a half hour earlier at 5:00 p.m. The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. A board meeting follows the general meeting.

Cookout and Corn Hole at Christmas Mountain

We will meet at the community room at Christmas Mountain in Jackson for a cookout with the Colebrook and Berlin clubs and a corn hole competition. Details to follow.

Berlin Club’s Bocce Tournament

Kiwanis/Rotary Golf Tournament

The tournament will take place Wednesday, September 4th at the Linderholf Golf Club, 10 Clubhouse Rd. across from the new aquarium in Glen. Start time is 4:30 p.m. Contact Tim George at tcgeorge7@roadrunner.com if you wish to participate.
