Club Meeting Schedule

Guests are always welcome at our meetings! We typically meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month at the Ledgeview Grill, located at 76 Norcross Circle, North Conway, NH, inside the North Conway Country Club (next to the train station). Our meetings often feature guest speakers from fields such as business and finance, health and human services, education, government, sports, and other local non-profits.

  • Social Time: Arrive at 5:30 p.m. for cocktails.
  • Meeting: Begins at 6:00 p.m. and concludes by 8:00 p.m.
  • Dinner: Three meal options, including a vegetarian choice, are available for $25 (the first meal for prospective members is complimentary), which includes dessert and coffee. A cash bar is also offered.

Board Meetings:
Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 4:30 PM at the North Conway Community Center, 78 Norcross Cirle, North Conway, NH. All members are welcome to attend.

New Life Prenatal Program at Memorial

Speakers Melody Nestor and Charlotte Lozeau will talk about this new program at Memorial to help mothers and mother-to-be with drug related issues.

Key Club member Jordanna Belle-Isle will share the Key Club ICON report with us.

Dinner Bell Meal

We dine at the Dinner Bell at the Conway brown church at 5 p.m. We enter as a group and make a donation to this worthy project. This is in lieu of our regular Wednesday meeting.

Board Meeting Only

The board will meet for a working dinner at 5:30 to cover January and February business. If you wish to attend and are not a board member, please let Tony know for a count.

Key Club Dinner

Club members will share a meal made by the Key Club at the North Conway Community Center. Spaghetti and salad and a multitude of desserts are on the menu.

Maryanne Jackson – Tin Mountain

We will meet at The Eagle Mountain House. Social time is at 5:30 p.m. Maryanne Jackson from Tin Mountain will  be discussing the Gibson Center Age- Friendly Community Initiative in addition to the Tin Mt Energy Audit Program. The meeting will start at 6 p.m.

Special Project with Rotary

We will meet at The Eagle Mountain House. Social time begins at 5:30 p.m. with the meeting starting at 6 p.m. The President of Rotary will join us to explain a joint project that is planned for April.

Business and Board Meeting

Club members catch up on business and the current status of projects on the second Wednesday of each month. A board meeting follows. Social time is moved up a half hour earlier to 5 p.m.
