Club Meeting Schedule

Guests are always welcome at our meetings! We typically meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month at the Ledgeview Grill, located at 76 Norcross Circle, North Conway, NH, inside the North Conway Country Club (next to the train station). Our meetings often feature guest speakers from fields such as business and finance, health and human services, education, government, sports, and other local non-profits.

  • Social Time: Arrive at 5:30 p.m. for cocktails.
  • Meeting: Begins at 6:00 p.m. and concludes by 8:00 p.m.
  • Dinner: Three meal options, including a vegetarian choice, are available for $25 (the first meal for prospective members is complimentary), which includes dessert and coffee. A cash bar is also offered.

Board Meetings:
Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month following our regular meeting. All members are welcome to attend.

We are meeting at Abenaki Trail this week. The social time is at 5 p.m. The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. Order your meal when you arrive (0ptional). All members are encouraged to attend.

Club Attends Dinner Bell Monday Jan 27

Instead of our Wednesday meeting, we will attend the Dinner Bell at the Brown Church in Conway. Gather out front or in the lobby with other members at 5 p.m. so we enter together.

Dental Committee Update

We meet at the Eagle Mountain House at 5:30 p.m. for social time. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. Ralph Lutjen will update us on the work of our Dental Committee.

Board Meeting at Abenaki Trail

We will meet at the Abenaki Trail restaurant for social time and board meeting at 5 p.m. Order (0ptional) your meal when you arrive. All members are encouraged to attend board meeting.

Key Club Spaghetti Dinner – NCCC

The Key Club will provide a spaghetti dinner for us at the North Conway Community Center. This event begins at 6 p.m. Park in rear of building.

We meet at Abenaki Pub at 5 p.m. for social time followed by the board meeting at 5:30 p.m. Order from the menu when you arrive please. All members are welcome at board meetings.

Mystery Dine Around – March 25

Sign up with Mike or Tim by March 18th for this year's Mystery Dine Around. We will start at Pasta Mia for appetizers. Pasta Mia is located at Living Shores Aquarium in Glen. Where we move to for the main course and then again for dessert is a mystery. Start time is 5 p.m.
